Placing an Order

If you place an order through this website you accept that the following terms apply and must be adhered to, to enable us to process your order efficiently.

Information such as your full name, valid email address, contact telephone number, billing and delivery addresses and payment details will be required to process an order.

Orders will be dispatched as soon as full payment has been received.  This will usually be 1-3 days from receipt of payment or 5-7 days for custom orders.

Payment is through paypal. 

If for any reason we cannot fulfill your order within these time frames, we will contact you to let you know future time frames and attain whether this is suitable for you.

Postage and Handling

Postage and handling is charged at a flat rate of $8.00 per order up to 20kgs.  This also covers packaging materials.  Naturally Divine subsidises part cost of packaging and postage, so that your total order cost remains affordable.

International orders will be contacted with their postage and shipping rates once your order has been received.  All charges will be confirmed before proceeding to payment stage.

Prices

All prices displayed on the http://www.naturallydivine.net.au/ website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST.  These prices will be honoured at the time you place your order, however displayed prices are subject to change without notice.
